دستورالعمل و پروتکل تهیه بافر رقتACF dilution buffer recipe protocol| ACF

ACF dilution buffer is a solution used to dilute ACF dye, which is a fluorescent dye used in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). The ACF dilution buffer helps maintain the stability and integrity of the ACF dye during the FISH process.

The ACF dilution buffer usually contains Tris-EDTA buffer, which helps maintain the pH and ionic strength of the solution. It also contains detergents such as Triton X-100 that help dissolve the ACF dye and prevent it from clumping. In addition, the ACF dilution buffer may contain other components, such as bovine serum albumin (BSA), which help reduce non-specific binding of the ACF dye to chromosomes.

The ACF dilution buffer is an important component of the FISH procedure, as it helps ensure that the ACF dye is properly diluted and remains stable throughout the experiment. This is necessary to obtain accurate and reliable results from the FISH method.

Insulin, human, recombinant (Roche)

Prepare 0.4 mg/mL insulin in wash buffer F.

wash buffer F:

0.2 mM EDTA

15% (v/v) glycerol

2 mM MgCl2

150 mM NaCl

0.01% (v/v) Nonidet P-40

20 mM Tris-Cl (pH 7.9)

Store solution for up to 24 h at 4°C.
